Our Ramen
Our ramen features a rich broth, made by simmering high quality chicken for at least 12 hours. This method of cooking release bone marrow into the broth, giving the broth its creamy appearance and gelatinous characteristic and draw out the flavors from each ingredient. Fresh noodle and variety of toppings are prepared with care every day
Our Sushi
The art of fine sushi is one that is contemplative and
considered – like a Zen expression. The perfect sushi is a
delicate balance of the quality of fish, proportion and
temperature. Our fish is the highest quality, undamaged
during catch and very fresh.
